I highly recommend McGee Lerer & Associates if you're in need of legal advise and someone to represent you with transparent honesty. I'm so glad I chose McGee Lerer & Associates to help me with my case! My settlement got resolves in a matter of a few months and the compensation was more than I expected. I couldn't be more pleased that Catherine and her staff took care of the process and made it super easy for me. I was rear ended on my way home from work in October of last year. I had just bought my car a couple days prior and when it happened I was absolutely devastated and didn't know what to do. It was a 3 car accident so it was a bit more complicated than usual. I knew dealing with 3 desperate parties and their insurance companies was going to be difficult. I found McGee Lerer & Associates online and gave them a call the next day after letting my head clear. As soon as I spoke with Catherine, I knew i had made the right call. They literally handled everything. Catherine and her assistant Danielle were the two I corresponded with the most and they were both so nice, respectful, helpful and understanding about my situation. I know this firm handles larger cases, but never once did they make me feel like my case was less. Catherine had me in a loaner vehicle in just 2 days and set up with chiropractic treatment shortly after. They even offered to lower some of their attorney fees for my case when all was said and done! They really made a terrible situation much easier to manage and I'm forever grateful and happy that I gave them a call. Hopefully I am never rear ended again or in a similar situation, but if I ever am, I would not hesitant for one single second to give them a call. This is the best law firm around.

I was rear ended and I contacted McGee Lerer & Associates the next day. The process was super simple and I did everything by text, e-mail and phone, I never went in person to their office until it was time for me to pick up our checks (Which they could’ve mailed but I work 10 min away from their Santa Monica office so I felt safer going in person). Also, if you don’t like talking on the phone, they can answer questions over text and you can text them pictures of the accident and whatever other document might be needed. Denise Medina was great at answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

It was beautiful working with Maria, explaining all the details I would received a copy for anything that I would sign, I like how it felt like family with them when I started working with her I love the welcome package that I received with them it was a letter a pen and some stickers from them; it does take time when it comes with the car accident case but know that her and her team will keep you updated and if you have any questions they do answer really quick or when they have the opportunity to answer, I really appreciate that; all I can say is they did an amazing job, I feel like 5 stars isn't enough because they deserve more, you do need to be patient when it comes to a case like this but just know that, never to be afraid to ask questions to them, I’m happy to have them as a lawyer for myself. And if I got into a car accident I would choose them over again in a heartbeat.
